Manage files
Uploads are staged privately and only published after checksum verification. Replacing an existing file requires its current version.
Transfers
Resumable uploads survive page refresh: reselect the same local files and choose Resume. Downloads resume explicitly in browsers supporting the File System Access API; elsewhere use the browser download manager and the original Range-enabled URL. Browser storage and permission availability vary.
Audit & manager statistics
These are requests served by this manager, not downloads from the independent legacy redirect service. Byte totals are declared response lengths where known, not measured network delivery.

Rate, storage & transfer limits
Validated limits are persisted immediately. Changes affect only this manager.
Delegated redirect administrators
Delegated administrators can manage files and read audit/statistics, but cannot change limits or grants.
